How to quit masturbation??

 In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 

The solution to quit masturbating is to get married as soon as possible. If you can not marry for any reason at the moment, you should fast as much as possible, as advised in the Hadith.

The Prophet ﷺ Said : O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power.(Bukhari 5066)

*. Avoid being alone; whenever you are caught in negative thoughts, try to be in the company of others.

*. Never use mobile phones, laptops, etc., in private settings.

*. Cultivate the habit of remembering Allah.

*. Establish a routine of reciting the Quran.

*. It is strongly recommended to make Bai'at to a pious Shaikh.

*. Remember that those who engage in masturbation will face consequences in the hereafter, and it can also bring harm in this world.

And Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best.

قال تعالی: وَالَّذِيۡنَ هُمۡ لِفُرُوۡجِهِمۡ حٰفِظُوۡنَۙ اِلَّا عَلٰٓى اَزۡوَاجِهِمۡ اَوۡ مَا مَلَـكَتۡ اَيۡمَانُهُمۡ فَاِنَّهُمۡ غَيۡرُ مَلُوۡمِيۡنَ‌ۚ‏ ( سورة المؤمنون ٦)

‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ دَخَلْتُ مَعَ عَلْقَمَةَ والْأَسْوَدِ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ:‏‏‏‏ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَبَابًا لَا نَجِدُ شَيْئًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَزَوَّجْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّهُ أَغَضُّ لِلْبَصَرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْصَنُ لِلْفَرْجِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالصَّوْمِ فَإِنَّهُ لَهُ وِجَاءٌ. ( صحيح البخاري رقم الحديث : ٥٠٦٦)
