Interest money to pay income tax!

Assalamalaikum

Can we use interest money from bank to pay income tax to government?

Answer

(Fatwa: 718=489/H)

 

It is allowable to pay interest money in income tax. (for details see: Fatawa Mahmoodiah, vol 4)

    Assalamu Walaikum,

    I have searched in the book pdf of Fatawa Mahmoodiah, vol 4 nd i am unable to find the same hence i would request you to plz help with the page no or index no where the above fatwa has been mentioned.
